Live Broadcast Help

Broadcasts start a few minutes before the scheduled time.  If the moving circle is active then we have not yet started the broadcast (or we have a bad internet connection) .

Jumpy video and delays, are  usually caused by  slower  internet connections. You should still, however, receive the audio of the entire broadcast.

Volume – you can set  your volume  using the volume slider.  To mute/un-mute use the speaker icon.   Also, your  local computer settings or your speaker volume knob may help in setting the best level. 

Full Screen Video – you can open a full screen by clicking on the icon in the lower right hand corner.   Since this is a live broadcast and is optimized to save bandwidth the video resolution will be low.
