An Invitation to Inquire

 The community of Mission San Diego de Alcalá cordially  invites you to enter the RCIA process this fall and experience a new and enriched meaning to your life through renewed faith and love.  The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a process whereby new members join the Catholic Church.

The RCIA is specifically designed for the following: 1)   Those adults who have never been baptized and who want to inquire about the Catholic faith. 2) Those adults who have been baptized into another Christian tradition (Lutheran, Episcopalian, Methodist, etc.) who want to inquire about the Catholic faith. 3) Those baptized Catholic adults who have not completed the Sacraments (Eucharist or Confirmation).

The Mission RCIA process will begin with inquiry sessions with Fr. Alex on the first and third Sundays of June, July and August at 10 am in the  California Room.  This invitation is precisely that – an  invitation!  Your acceptance carries no obligation or commitment – just come and inquire.  We welcome you and pray that the Lord will bless your journey of faith.
