New Altar Server Training for

Mission San Diego de Alcalá

Knights of the Altar

We invite students to become Altar Servers at Mission San Diego de Alcalá.

You must attend one of these training sessions:

Saturday, October 10, 2015 or

Saturday, October 17, 2015

10:00 am – 11:30 am

In the Mission Church

Interested Students must:

•      Be in the 4th through 8th grades
•      Have received the Sacrament of Holy Communion
•      Be prepared to serve at least twice a month
•      Desire to serve in this important ministry

These sessions will include hands‐on training at the altar, as well as a small

amount of registration paperwork, including a commitment pledge to serve as a

Knight of the Altar (which must be signed by both student and parent/guardian).

Parents may drop off students from 10:00 am–11:00 am, but parents are

requested to be present from 11:00 am‐11:30 am for the registration paperwork.

Masses needing Altar Servers:

       Saturday: 5:30 pm

      Sunday: 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 11:00 am (Spanish), Noon and 5:30 pm
