Auxiliary Bishop John Dolan and Dr. Lucio Castillo, OMI, will preside at a special Mass commemorating the pastoral document “Always Our Children” released 20 years ago by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 11 am Saturday, October 7.

This document “is an outstretched hand . . . to parents and other family members, offering them a fresh look at the grace present in family life and the unfailing mercy of Christ our Lord” (AOC).

This is an opportunity for us to gather and journey together in faith and hope as we support, care and love each other.
